Must do’s are actions that an employee must carry out in the next 4 weeks for them to be meeting the requirements of their core deliverables. They tend to be tangible and short-term. An employee will have circa. Four must do’s a month.
Should Do’s: In addition to must do’s, should do’s are other actions the employee could be doing to get ready for next month or the months ahead. An employee can agree to circa. two should do’s a month.
Could Do’s: Actions that the employee can do to go above and beyond, in addition to the must do’s and should do’s to set their achievements out from the rest truly. An employee may add only one could do a month.
