For the employee: Aura helps them see where they can and do add value. It also helps them understand where further opportunities exist in the organisation and help them map out how to realise their ambition. Aura also allows the employee to objectively and transparently review how they are performing and where improvements need to be made.

For the organisation: Aura provides clear timely insights on skills. The skills the organisation has, the skills the organisation needs and the skills the organisation will need in the future. It also helps to identify important people trends within the organisation, identify HiPos and even employees at risk of leaving the business and the potential impact on the business. Real-time information on skills and learning help the business make better HR decisions based on data and support the business in a strategic way.

Every project is unique and we want to give you the most effective hosting that meets your requirements and fits your budget.

A Learning Management System or LMS is what most people think of when they think of a training platform. It is the software where you store, deliver, and track your training content. A Learning Experience Platform, or LXP for short, is a platform where content is both curated and aggregated for a personalised learner experience.

Both Moodle Workplace and Totara Learn’s flexibility, versatility and cost-effectiveness make them an excellent choice for organisations of all sizes. However, if you’re looking for an all-in-one platform, that integrates a fully-featured LXP and a performance management tool in addition to an LMS, Totara’s set of platforms might be the right option for you.

A Learning Portal is by nature more flexible than an LXP as it can be tailored to the specific needs of the organisation. Learning Portals are also designed with continuous learning and collaboration in mind to attract and engage learners.

Learning Portals include all of the standard LMS feature sets and, yet, compared to traditional learning management systems, they have a less linear, directive approach and instead emphasise an effective focus of learning that curates, coordinates and engages learners.

Moodle Workplace is built on top of Moodle LMS so it has all of the core features of Moodle. If you’re looking for more advanced features to streamline training, onboarding and compliance management then Moodle Workplace might be the right choice for your organisation. Find out more about Moodle Workplace.

As Moodle partners, we can offer you both the generic Moodle Mobile app and your own branded Moodle mobile apps if desired.

We offer a range of support options to suit your needs – right up to 24×7 monitoring for high availability setups. Check out our Support Package.

Once you know what skills and knowledge your employees need, we will be able to help you source the right content for you. Get in touch to find out more about our catalogue of off-the-shelf courses.

Yes, our job, when developing content, is to ensure that content can be played and tracked in any LMS.

When a MEC course is successfully completed, candidates receive a badge, and when all badges are acquired, candidates receive the Moodle Educator Certificate.

MEC writing assignments are assessed with a rubric, based on the DigCompEdu rubric and linked to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR): A1 (Newcomer), A2(Explorer), B1 (User), B2 (Expert), C1 (Leader), C2(Pioneer).

The Moodle Educator Certification (MEC) programme is not designed to teach you the fundamentals of using Moodle; rather, the MEC program certifies mastery in building effective teaching and learning activities with Moodle. So if you are new to Moodle, we recommend starting learning about the basics first, either our Moodle Course Creator or Administrator courses.

The Moodle Educator Certification (MEC) programme is suitable for instructors on all platforms, not just Moodle. The principles apply across any LMS and MEC is an internationally recognised award.

Our Administrator training is a hands-on course that covers anything you need to know to manage a Moodle site, from configuration of the site though setting permissions to creating cohorts and much more. Our Course Creator training is for teachers and trainers to learn how to configure courses, create resources and incorporate activities that explore the potential of the Moodle learning environment to support the delivery of their training goals.

The Totara Academy has been designed for learning and development professionals, particularly LMS administrators, content creators and instructors, comprising a comprehensive programme of activities to upskill you and your team. Talk to us if you’d like to enroll and get certified.
