Totara training overview
At Enovation, we provide bespoke Totara training for clients who need to manage and deliver learning through Totara Learn. The training content and delivery style is tailored to suit the client’s existing LMS knowledge (Totara, Moodle, or general), the features they intend to use, and their organisational learning goals.
Online or face-to-face
Training can be delivered online or face-to-face, with small groups (typically no more than five participants) to ensure active engagement. We use a hands-on, workshop-style format with focus on practical skills, allowing participants to build familiarity with system functionality and apply it to real scenarios.
Totara training courses range from introductory sessions to in-depth workshops on administration and course development.

Hands-on approach

The Academy offers a wide range of self-paced e-learning resources, micro-courses that help embed users’ understanding of Totara products and best practices in learning design.
