Sub-Processors (Article 28 GDPR)

In accordance with Article 28 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (“GDPR”), Enovation Solutions Ltd. may engage carefully selected third-party service providers (“Sub-Processors”) to process personal data on behalf of our customers in connection with the provision of our services.

We do not appoint Sub-Processors without prior due diligence to assess their data protection and information security standards. Each Sub-Processor is bound by a written data processing agreement that meets the requirements of Article 28(3) GDPR and imposes obligations that are no less protective than those set out in our agreements with our customers. These obligations include, but are not limited to:

• Processing personal data only on documented instructions from Enovation Solutions Ltd

• Ensuring appropriate technical and organisational security measures in accordance with Article 32 GDPR

• Maintaining confidentiality of authorised personnel

• Assisting with data subject rights requests

• Supporting compliance with obligations relating to security, breach notification, impact assessments, and supervisory authority cooperation

• Deleting or returning personal data at the end of the provision of services

Where a Sub-Processor is located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), or where personal data is accessed from outside the EEA, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with Chapter V GDPR, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Enovation Solutions Ltd remains fully responsible for the performance of its Sub-Processors in accordance with Article 28(4) GDPR. For transparency, we maintain an up-to-date list of authorised Sub-Processors below.
