His knowledge of the IT industry equips him well for the task of guiding the growth of the company.
Mary Hourigan
Business Development, Project Management & Quality Assurance
Mary is responsible for new Business Development strategy in the Project Management and Quality Assurance business functions of Enovation. In the last two years she has been responsible for diversifying the business base which Enovation traditionally served. Mary has considerable experience in managing projects at home and abroad over the last 25 years in the insurance, financial, publishing and semi-state sectors.
Mary has successfully acquired professional qualifications in Business & Life coaching, Strategic Sales & Marketing , which she is using to develop the Projects division of ES. Mary has an enviable reputation in forming, developing and leading highly qualified teams in change management, major compliance projects, data migrations in the Irish business sectors.
Deirdre O'Sullivan
Human Resources Director
Deirdre is HR Director of Enovation. Deirdre has 24 years HR experience, the last 15 of these within the IT industry. She is an active promoter of best practice in HR management, in particular relating to the special needs of the software services sector. Her wide experience in both multinational and local software companies ensures her capability in establishing a successful HR environment at Enovation.
Gary Mahon
Sales Director
Gary is Business Development Director of Enovation. With 18 years experience in the software services sector of the IT industry, Gary's career has spanned technical roles (which included 4 years as a consultant software developer for IBM) as well as software sales and account management responsibilities. His first-hand knowledge of the industry coupled with his successful career in sales within the sector greatly contributes to Enovation's success.

Paul is Operations Director of Enovation. In his 22 years within the IT industry, Paul has worked in development, human resources, quality assurance and project management roles. He has a proven track record at Board level of growing business and resources.
